About Us
Our history, capacity and evolution over the years
Established in 1984, ITECMO is specialized in the development and manufacturing of injection moulds for plastic industry. Through more than 30 years of existence, Itecmo has kept up with the demanding changes in the mould industry, having in mind the supply of a personalized and full service satisfying our clients' demands.
The combination of industry experience gained by our operators and skilled technicians along with investment in modern equipment followed by updated CAD / CAM systems give us the ability to develop different types of molds such as: bi-material moulds, gas-assisted injection moulds, water-assisted injection moulds, prototype and many others. Itecmo provides the highest service level to their clients, starting with 3D design, programming, machining, assembly and try-outs, including rheological studies in a complete partnership with our clients. France
Once again, we took part in the event that initiates relations between industry manufacturers and professionals from all markets, in Lyon, in order to raise Itecmo's profile in this country.
Romenia
Itecmo was at the Automotive Expo & B2B Meetings in Romenia on 29/03/2024.
Portugal was in 2023 the biggest exporter of plastic molding injection machines and parts to Romania - almost 50 million euros.
The Automotive Expo & B2B Meetings of Sibiu was an opportunity to leverage Portugal position and create even more engagement between both markets.
Currently Romania is the 4th biggest market of the Portuguese Mould Industry.
Serbia
Itecmo took part in a Business Mission to #Serbia. The aim of this first visit was to study this market and explore new business opportunities and co-operation with local companies.
This initiative is part of an international promotion project and the strategy to diversify the sector's markets in a region with strong prospects for growth and development.

Messe Stuttgart
Because we privilege the human aspect and the direct contact with our customers, we were present one more year between the 13/16th of June at the Moulding Expo in Messe Stuttgart, Germany, were we could strengthen marketing strategies, as well as market research in order to develop our strategy of internationalization and proximity to our current and future clients.

International trade fair for plastics processing – Fakuma is the meeting place for the industry, with international charisma.
Itecmo was there at Hall A-1321.
Fakuma acts as a source of information and ideas and we could meet leading companies in this industry.

AMM Madrid
AMM Madrid is a supply chain event that brings together automotive makers, tier suppliers and contract-manufacturers. Engineering, procurement, supply chain, fabrication, commodity teams, suppliers and service providers will meet through pre-arranged one-on-one meetings.
International Trade Fair
International Trade Fair for Tool, Pattern and Mould Making, takes place every two years in Stuttgart and is divided into several exhibition areas. The key focus is on classic tool and mould making as well as pattern and mould making, which is very user-oriented with forming and prototype tools, gauge and fixture construction. In addition, the trade fair shows systems and service providers relating to plastics technology and metalworking: from manufacturers of machine tools and hot runner systems through to software providers. This year 763 exhibitors present their products and services on an area of 42.000 square metres to the 14.015 interested visitors.

The new Seat Family is powered by Itecmo tools. Itecmo developed, engineered and built a total of 11 molds for this project. All tools are to produce the front grill for every models, including the most recent one, the new ATECA CUPRA.
International Fair
International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing is a 4 day event being held from 22nd May to 25th May 2018 at the Kielce Trade Fair Centre in Kielce, Poland. This event showcases products like showcase for all kinds of machines and appliances used in plastic processing industry, tools and moulds, the whole variety of plastics and components, recycling technologies etc. in the Plastic & Plastic Products, Rubber & Rubber Products industries.
International Fair
The show for industrial subcontracting know-how, Midest, will take place between 27 and 30 march 2018 in Paris Nord Villepinte – France, we will be there to be a part of it.
Business Mission
As part of Itecmo's International Promotion Project, we participated in a Mission to Morocco on 5/6 December, which took place in parallel with the Moroccan-Luso Summit, chaired by the Prime Ministers of both countries. We also had the opportunity to visit the Kenitra Free Zone as well as local injection companies.
International Fair
The world’s leading technical event for industrial plastics processing FAKUMA took place in Friedrichshafen from 16 to 20 October 2017, in Germany, and Itecmo was there.
